Dr. Suham Ahmed Al Bayati, born in Baghdad, is the founder and executive manager of ABT Academy and ABT International Corporation. She holds a Ph.D. and Masters in Biological Sciences and is a certified Health Coach from AAcc University in the United States. 

 Dr. Suham is an accredited instructor and trainer in facial energy lifting techniques, including the Face Lift and Accentuated Access techniques, as well as certified practitioner in Foundation Techniques, Three-Day Body Consciousness, and Body Whispers from the American Access Consciousness Institute. She has received two certifications from the British Institute as a professional international trainer. 

 With 25 years of experience, Dr. Suham has served as the principal of the Central School in Iraq and as a teacher in schools in Jordan. She is also a writer and journalist. 

 Additionally, she is a member of the teaching committee and supervisor for Master’s and Doctoral professional degree students at the International Accreditation Council for Research, Strategic and Political Consultations. She is also an ambassador for the Council. 

 Dr. Suham is the director of the School of Knowledge and Quran in Washington state, Seattle, and a member of the Islamic MCEC organization, which assists Iraqi and Arab refugees. She also serves as the director of cultural relations in the organization, overseeing the organization of educational women’s events and lectures on the development of women and the Iraqi community in diaspora, as well as the development of children and families. 

 Furthermore, Dr. Suham is a board member of the Arab Union of Astronomers in the United States and has conducted energy healing courses in several American states. She also gives lectures on child psychology and is an international advisor and trainer for the American Institute of Diplomacy in Washington, D.C.
